This Turmeric & DHA Liposomal blend includes Micelle Liposomal Curcumin, Ginger Root Oil, and Vegan Omega-3 (as DHA, docosahexaenoic acid) from sustainably sourced Algal Oil. Liposomes are tiny spherical structures, with a protective outer layer and an inner cavity, to hold and transport substances such as vitamins, drugs, or other nutrients to the body. These tiny structures encapsulate these substances and can lead to enhanced absorption! Curcumin, the naturally-occurring chemical compound most commonly found in Turmeric and a notoriously difficult ingredient to absorb, is more bioavailable here in its liposomal form. A: It is true that there are no FDA recommendations for daily intake of Omega-3s or MCT oil, which makes it hard to know what an appropriate dose might be! For Omega-3s, recommendations from health organizations for daily intake vary from 250-500 mg of DHA & EPA, with an upper limit around 3-5 g. We’ve created the following chart with suggested dosages but ultimately, in order to make the best health decisions possible for you and your family, we recommend speaking with your physician or healthcare professional to determine what dose is best.

Q: What is Micelle Liposomal delivery?
A: Curcumin is an incredible ingredient sourced from the root of the turmeric plant. Turmeric has been long used in cooking and traditional medicine of India and other parts of southeast Asia. I bought this product 2 months ago. I bought because I was having a lot of back and hip pain. I found out the I have arthritis on my hips and lower back amongst other back related injuries. After 2 months of taking this product I have no more hip pain and back pain is nothing compared to the amount I had before and the pain was every day all day. I also lost strength on my left hand due to some kind of lump that I had in the palm of my had I couldn't make a fist without it popping up and the pain was horrible. The lump is almost nonexistent and I have the strength back on that hand. What worked for me may not be for everyone but give it a try 2 months . By the way I bought my bottle here but my 2nd bottle I bought it on Amazon for 1/2 the price. I don't know why but its legit.

A good product but the taste is bad
Ok I will get onto my review in one second but to the person (A.M)who put 1 star because it was expired...ITS NOT EXPIRED! It has the MFG (manufactured) date on it which mine says September 2020 (I know because you sent me into a panic and I checked. Also please be cautious when leaving reviews guys! The mistake from someone misreading a label and posting one bad review can cause so many people to not try really helpful products! Ok rant over. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Well I love Mary Ruth products in gereral and use the Triad of Health monthly. I decided on this product because after having a recent hysterectomy at a very young age, one of the side effects has been joint pain. I’ve been on this about four maybe five days and when I woke up today and came downstairs I thought “that’s odd my back and knees aren’t as sore as normal” I swear by tumeric but in this form is game changing! Excited to keep this in my monthly arsenal!
I mix it with my morning vitamin, probiotic and zinc.
