Q. Do the Travel Pack Multiminerals need to be refrigerated?
A: Since this is a travel pack, and each 1oz bottle is a single serving, no refrigeration is necessary. Store them in a cool, dry place and they’ll have a two year lifespan from the time of production. However, some prefer to put the Multiminerals in the fridge for the taste. We’d recommend not doing so until once you have arrived at your destination. 

Additionally, if you take a smaller dose than the one ounce serving size, we’d recommend storing the remainder of the bottle in the fridge. Testing on the multiminerals suggest they are good for 7 days out of the refrigerator. We err on the side of safety and say 5 days. 

Q: How should I use this? Can I take it with drinks or food? 
A: We recommend that everyone to start ½, or even ¼, dose to see how their body responds. You may see that you do better with a smaller dosage because our formula is potent! It can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, any kind of liquid or juice. 

Q: Can kids take this formula? 
A: Yes, children, aged two and up, can use our formula. However, before you give the Multimineral to your children, we highly recommend that you show our formula to your physician, pediatrician or healthcare professional to see if our formula is right for your child. If it is, ask your healthcare professional to assess what the accurate dosage would be for your child. Each child is unique and different, and we want to make sure that they receive the best care possible! 

Q: Are the bottles BPA-free? 
A: Yes, the bottles are BPA-free. 

Q: I’m not feeling a difference when taking this, why? 
A: Many of our customers see immediate physical results, in energy or improvements in hair, skin and nails. However, some of our customers don’t feel any difference at all. Many changes the multivitamin will have on you will be strictly internal and show results in bloodwork or better digestion. We have seen that those who are more vitamin deficient experience greater positive results right away. Regardless, please reach out if you are not satisfied with the product. 

Q: The Lemonade bottle says Extra Strength. How does this differ from the Regular Strength?
A: Our Lemonade Dream flavor is an extra strength formula, with more Calcium and Magnesium. Both Nighttime Multiminerals contain a blend of major minerals, including calcium, magnesium, 72 trace minerals, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D3, among others. Formulated to aid the body in falling asleep (magnesium), it also helps to restore the body while you sleep. When taken together, boron and magnesium assist in calming and relaxing the body to ensure a better and deeper sleep. Calcium helps rebuild and maintain healthy bone and nerve tissues, while Vitamin C and Vitamin D ensure all the trace minerals are absorbed. 

While the Lemonade formula is the “extra strength” — with higher doses of Calcium & Magnesium — it does have lower quantities in some of the vitamins & minerals. Liquid formulas are like food recipes and to make them palatable and to have the ingredients work together effectively, ratios must be adjusted.
