A: As is a part of our ongoing plan here at MaryRuth’s, we are happy to say that we now have USDA Organic certification for our Iodine Drops! As we were going through the process to get this product certified organic, we had to change the formula just a bit; this product now contains glycerin. Despite this change, the iodine content remains the same at 250 mcg Potassium Iodide per two drops. We hope you are as excited as we are to have this great product now USDA organic certified!

I bought this supplement due to the recommendation to take nascent iodine for breast pain (Lara Briden book). It has worked almost immediately and while you can get it from iodized salt, the levels weren’t enough and 250 mcg is not only save but large enough to relieve the pain. I take it with Brazil nuts for selenium to not disrupt my thyroid.
for some reason I had problems with my tracking number, I texted the help number. spoke to a really nice person who was very helpful and patient in retrieving the information for me. They provided me the correct tracking number and also wanted to find out where and when the package would arrive. I took over from there and thanked them for their help. I receive the items in good timing and I will be using Mary Ruth's again in the very near future.

I use iodine cautiously, so please consider doing so if you plan on using it. Do your research first.
